Housing referrals, utility assistance, and healthcare access — helping neighbors navigate the systems that stand between them and stability.
The systems meant to help are often the hardest to reach. We sit alongside neighbors, translate the paperwork, and walk them to the door of the agency that can actually solve their problem.
Who this serves
- Households at risk of eviction or utility shutoff
- Neighbors seeking healthcare, ID recovery, or benefits enrollment
- Anyone who feels lost in the referral maze
What we do
- Warm handoffs to Maricopa County CoC intake and emergency shelter
- Utility and rent-assistance referrals through vetted partners
- On-site connection events with clinics, benefits navigators, and legal aid
- Veteran navigation: warm handoffs to the Phoenix VA, HUD-VASH, and SSVF partners for unhoused US veterans

Food Outreach
Food drives, community meals, and food bank partnerships bringing chef-crafted Soul Roll fare directly to neighborhoods where the need is greatest.

Mentorship, life-skills coaching, and employment readiness for those rebuilding after incarceration, addiction, or hard seasons.
Program 04Youth Mentorship
At-risk youth paired with trained adult mentors who show up consistently — for tutoring, life skills, and belief in what's possible.
